Harmony Stairs are built the "old fashioned" way. We precisely measure the stairs in the home to ensure the proper fit. Treads and risers are tongue and groove using wedges and glue blocks. Circular rails are carved from solid blocks of wood. Newel posts are turned by hand or lathe. 

 

Wood is carefully selected to ensure consistency of apperance; beautiful wood grains are enhanced by hand sanding. We have a library of stairbuilding texts, computerized design capability and a catalogue of compteted work consisting of thousands of staircases. We encourage our customers, old and new, to visit our factory to see our design and manufacturing process in action.
